Van de Velde reports 2017
Lingerie and swimwear company Van de Velde reported 2017 revenue came in slightly higher at €209.0 million, versus €206.6 million in 2016 and net profit was stable at €33.9 million compared to €33.6 million in 2016.

Wholesale activities saw a decrease in lingerie sales but growth in swim and sports collections while retail turnover, on like-for-like store basis at constant exchange rates, increased by 4.2% due to growth of 8.3% in Europe in all countries and a limited decline in the US of-2.5%.
A gross dividend of €1.03 has been proposed for 2017.
